Certified Raw Vegan Chef | Sculpt Instructor

Hello! I'm Isabelle Laquis!

My passion for wellness is rooted in both science and lifestyle. I hold a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from the University of Miami, where I also completed over 250 clinical hours in the Clinical and Applied Physiology Laboratory, conducting research on predictors of cardiovascular health in women. I am continuing to expand my knowledge and will be completing my master's in Clinical and Applied Physiology at the University of Miami, with a focus on Entrepreneurship.

In addition to my academic background, I am a certified sculpt instructor, and my degree in exercise physiology further deepens my understanding of the body and movement. This foundation allows me to offer an approach that goes beyond a traditional fitness class — one grounded in science, function, and long-term well-being.

Alongside my scientific background, I am a certified raw vegan chef trained in Bali, where I deepened my connection to whole-food, plant-based nutrition and holistic living. My approach to wellness blends evidence-based health practices with nourishing foods, mindful movement, and global wellness traditions.

Travel has played a meaningful role in shaping my philosophy. Inspired by destinations like Bali and other wellness-centered cultures, I value a lifestyle that prioritizes balance, vitality, and intentional living. Living in Rome for five months further reinforced this perspective, teaching me how to maintain a healthy, grounded lifestyle while adapting to new environments and embracing the rhythms of each place — the same mindset I carry into the demands of daily life. Yoga, pilates, fitness, and clean, whole foods are at the center of how I support both physical and overall well-being.

Through my work and lifestyle, I aim to share a thoughtful, elevated approach to wellness; one that honors both the science of the body and the art of living well.
